Appraisal Plan : Select the appraisal Plan. Once the appraisal plan is selected then the appraisal period, type are displayed which are already set with the plan.
Select Employee and Evaluator ( Appraiser ). The KRAs is displayed based on the employee and evaluator.
Click Result area then the all the measure which are linked with the KRA are displayed to set final value.
Set the LOV for the measure and the value based on LOV selected is displayed.
Like that each KRA should be evaluated.
