Allocation Type

Allocation type can let you classify allocations based on the nature of the project. Allocation type stores information like cost category and respective target entity. Alloctype Fields & its description:
  • Code/Name
Create a code and name entry that can best translate how your organization deals with projects. E.g. You can create "Calls" as a type if your project deals with Call registration operations.
  • Category
Choose a cost category for your allocation type in this field.
  • Entity
This is the GoodBooks entity where your allocation type is applicable. E.g. Call Registration menu.
