1. Type: The Advance Request type will be selected as a default.
2. Advance Number: The advance number will be generated automatically.
3. Advance Date: Enter the date when the advance request is created.
4. Reference Number: Enter the reference number of the advance request.
5. Date: Enter the reference date.
6. Employee Name: Select the employee name who is raising an advance request.

7. Advance Type: Select the type of advance request from the picklist.

8. Expected Date: Enter the expected date for the advance request.

9. Amount Required: Enter the exact advance amount required by the employee.

10. Remarks: Enter the remarks of the advance request.

11. Status: The Pending status will be selected as a default.

12. Click the Save button.

13. Wait till the popup appears on the screen to confirm that the advance request is created.

1. The advance number can be added here and its corresponding fields can be entered.
2. Type the name of the entries in the necessary fields.
3. After typing, save these entries by clicking on the save button. [/expand]

2. Select the field and choose the entry you want to edit and start modifying.

1. To delete the advance request details, select the advance number and click on the delete button.[/expand]
