Advance Request-Detailed

Advance Request    HR Loan Advance is a component of the HRMS tool, complete software for human resource management. The loan Advance module helps the user to manage loan advance requests from employees. You can configure the advance loan process, set the advance loan limit, the minimum number of days, and also provide advance loans to the employees.   Features : > Employees can request an advance loan. > Set advance loan percentage limit in loan structure. > Set loan advance days in loan structure.   Advance days This is yet another important configuration. This sets the advance date depending on the previous month's loan. The advance should be given, after specifying the no of days specified from the previous loan.          The illustration explains the request the employee has asked   
  1. The Advance number will be automatically generated.
  2. Reference Number - this is referred to as proof for both the Employee and Employer. 
  3. Amount Required - The amount is rendered to be as a loan amount, after entering the amount and saved if the entry is new, it will reach the desk of the authorized person. And in case the employee is requesting again the process will be updated. 
  4. In the Remarks section - we can enter the necessary point to justify the request.
