- Name: The name of an activity is to be entered here.
If the activity is regarding the recruitment process, then enter the name related to recruitment. For e.g., Recruitment-fresher, Recruitment-experienced, etc.
If the activity is regarding the sales process, then enter the name related to the sales. For e.g, Sales-Telecalling
3. Activity Type: There are lots of activities that will be carried out in the organization. For e.g., Development, Quality check, Production, Sales, Travel, etc. This field is used to segregate different kinds of activities.
4. Select the required checkboxes from the following options.
- Is Productive: For production activities, the details of productions need to be tracked and recorded. Selecting this check box will enable to activity to track and record any kind of production in the organization.
- Is Expense: Some of the activities will be having expenses. These expenses need to be calculated and recorded. So this expense option helps to record the expenses made during the activity.
- Is Travel: The employee requires to travel to the client's place if required and for sales employees, traveling will be a primary activity. Selecting this check box will provide options to track the traveling and expense details.
- Is Claim: In some instances, the employee needs to claim the amount which was spent during the activity. The claim function can be enabled for the activity once selecting this function.
- Is Recoverable: When the employee is leaving the organization, he needs to submit the equipment provided by the organization. In those cases, the recoverable need to be collected and restored. Selecting this function will help to store clear details of recoverable.
- Is Score: The activities like recruitment or quality check, the employee is required to provide a score to find the best and reject the bad one. So score management can be efficient to visualize the quality.
- Is letter: Some of the activities need a letter such as an agreement, offer letter and interview call letter, etc. Selecting this function will enable the activity to generate a letter if needed.
5. Recovery Percentage: Enter the recovery percentage value.
6. Bill Account: Select bill account from the picklist for any activity related to transactions.
7. Expense account: Select expense account from the picklist.
8. Item: Select the item used in the activity.
9. SKU: Select the name of the stock-keeping unit.
10. UOM: Select the unit of measurements for the item.
11. Parameter Set: Select the parameter set value from the picklist.
12. Applicable Results: Some of the activities will need a result to complete. The result might be a successful one or an unsuccessful one, a list of results that can be produced by the activity will be selected in this field.
13. Applicable Stages: The applicable stages field is only used for recruitment kind of activities. Various stages of the recruitment process will be selected in this field.
14. Remarks: Enter any details regarding the activity.
15. Click the Save button.
