Account master ledger tab is used to store information about the ledger print, summary period and the interest. This tab helps to display all the financial records and accounting information in a manner suited to the needs of the organization.

Fields & its description:

• Ledger Print Type

Choose the print type of the ledger from the selection. This allows the ledger to be printed in a detailed or summary format. If you require a ledger based solely on transactions, select transaction based from the list.

• Summary Period

If the ledger print type is selected as summary period, then specify the summary period in this field. The options are daily, weekly, monthly or detailed.

•  Interest

The interest rate used for calculations in the ledger can be mentioned here.
