Account Master holds information on all the accounts used by your organization. The characteristics of the account like its branch, type, allowing credit, TDS, etc., can be known.

There are five tabs present in the account master:

1.  General
2.  Ledger
3.  Limits
4.  Bank
5.  TDS

Fields & its description:

• Category

Select the category, based on which the code field will be defined.

• Code, Name & Short Name

Enter a code and its corresponding name and short name in the respective fields.
