Fields & description:

• Vehicle Number

Enter the vehicle registration number fully in this field.

• Vehicle Type

Specify the vehicle type from the given list.

• Driver

Choose the designated driver of this vehicle here.

• Ownership Type

From the given options, choose an ownership type: Own, if this vehicle is property of the organization. Contract, if the vehicle operated on a contract basis from a transporter. Transporter, if the vehicle is owned by a third party transporting service.

• Asset/Transporter

Based on your selection in the previous field:

Asset – Allocate the vehicle in the form of asset to your organization by selecting from the list.

Transporter – Choose the transporter in charge of this vehicle (applies to both Contract and Transporter type).

• Empty Weight

This is the weight of the entire vehicle without any goods.

• Tonnage

Tonnage is only the carrying capacity of the vehicle.
