This manual provides steps to configure files for accommodating Scheduler. Follow the instructions carefully to enable the scheduler screen to work. Without these settings, the screen cannot work properly.

1.  Create a folder “Scheduler” in your directory. This is the primary location where all of GB4s files are kept.
2. Inside this scheduler folder, create your database folder names (client names).
3. Copy the files received from the developer and paste them into this folder. The contents in this are few folders (Addon, Config) and several files.
4. Run the Quartz Scheduler application (.exe file) and this will execute the scheduler process.
5. In instances where new schedules are created then this scheduler has to be updated. This is done by stopping the service and starting again.
