Chargeable calls tab of Call registration stores information regarding the estimation of service costs of the call. There are two sections, Call Estimated – which is the initial estimation of the costs and Call Approved – which is the approved amount.
Fields & its description:
Call Estimated
- Labour Amount – Estimated amount for labour.
- Spares Amount – Estimated cost of the required spares.
- Others Amount – This is the other included costs that are neither labour nor spares.
- Total Amount – Automatically calculates the total cost based on your previous values.
- Estimated By – Choose the employee responsible for these estimates.
Call Approved
- Labour Amount – Approved amount for labour.
- Spares Amount – Approved cost of the required spares.
- Others Amount – This is the other included costs that are neither labour nor spares.
- Total Amount – Automatically calculates the total approved cost based on your previous values.
- Approved By – The employee responsible for approving these costs.
