Problem vs solution links together the individual screens, Problem and Solution in a way that lets you distinguish problems and solutions from the same screen. In situations where a problem must require multiple solutions this screen is useful.

Fields & its description:

• Problem

Select the source problem for which you want to attribute the solutions.

Click on Add Row to add rows where each row can contain a solution.

• Solution

Select the solution which you have already created and order additional solutions (by adding rows) in a legible way that solves the problem.
