Item Vs Party (Or) Party Vs Item

Any Concern deals with Parties. The party may be Supplier, Customer, Dealers etc. This option provides for making the Item applicable to the Party. The Rate for selected Items can be provided. These rates will affect while transacting. There is a flexibility to set Items to the Party or Parties to Item using the option Item Vs. Party or Party Vs. Item. Based on this selection, Party or Item and rate details will be affected.

Item Vs Party (Or) Party Vs Item Creation

To set Item Vs. Party, select the option Item Vs. Party. Select/Enter the Item code. Price Type can be selected. Validity period of Price applicability can be given. In the lower grid, select the Party Code and enter the Rate details.

To set Party Vs. Item, select the option Party Vs. Item. There are three options available to select the party details. They are Party, Party Type and All. Based on this option selection, Party details will be available in Party Pick List. Select/Enter the Party code. Price Type can be selected. Validity period of Price applicability can be given. In the lower grid, select the Item Code and enter the Rate details.
