Cost center is the screen responsible for creating individual cost entities, each belonging to a cost center type. The various costs incurred by the company can be tracked by creating cost centers.

• Cost Center Type

Select the cost center type from the given pick list. New cost center types can be created in the cost center type screen.

• Code, Name & Short name

The code, name and short name of the cost center should be mentioned in these fields. Enter this data so that you are able to easily differentiate cost centers.
