Stock post type tab is used to account stocks and information related to checking and production.

Fields & its description:

• Stock Post Type

Confirm if stock post type is required by selecting either Yes or No.

• Movement Type Required

If movement type of the stock is required then specify accordingly. Movement refers to the input and output stage of the stock.

• IO Ratio

This is the input/output ratio of a product.

• Transfer Stock Post Type

The stock maybe transferred in, out and Inout with respect to its movement. You can also select none for this option.

• Stock Check During

Stock checking may take place on a delivery basis or document basis.

• View Type

Decide the view type as input, output, none or both. This will change the display in the fields.

• Issue Type

Stock may be regarded as capital (asset), production (work in progress) and others.
