Tracking tab of BizTransaction type can associate your organization along with tracking the process or  stock.

Fields & its description:

• Selection Applicable

If the user is able to choose alternatives then confirm as such.

• Selection Type

The selection type should be specified so as to indicate if this is tracking of stock or process.

• From Type

This indicates the origin of the selection process, whether it is from class, sub class or biztransaction type.

Class, Sub Class and Biztransaction type should be specified in their respective fields.

• Pending Tracking Applicable

Confirm if tracking of pending stock or process is applicable.

You can also check if pending tracking is for process, previous process and/or stock.

• Inter company Tracking Applicable

This field can be used to specify if tracking takes place between subsidiary companies under the organization.

• Variance Allowed

There may be irregularities with respect to the number of stock, quality of process and others. Specify if variance is allowed.

If allowed, check if this variance is with respect to Quality, Quantity and/or Rate.
