Exchange screen is used to update the currency conversion rates. This screen helps you keep up to date with the current rates with respect to currency exchanges.

Fields & its description

• Date

Choose the date of entry of these values. It is essential that this shall be updated before transactions so that the latest values are applied.

• Base Currency

In this field, select the currency that you want to convert.

• Currency

The resultant currency should be selected here. This is the converted currency.

• Conversion Rate

Enter the conversion rate in this field.

After entering the conversion rate, the result will be displayed as follows.

It is in this format:

[Conversion Rate] [Base Currency] = 1 [Currency].

1 [Base Currency] = [Conversion Rate] [Currency].
