During pay processing, a situation may arise where the processed pay has to be edited. Payroll process editing is possible for each employee. This is a simple process where you have to select the pay period, configuration and then the employee whose pay is to be edited.

• Period Name

Specify the period name from this field. This is the pay period to be edited.

• Configuration Name

Select the pay configuration for which the payroll process editing is required.

• Employee

Select the employee name whose pay is to be edited.

After selection of the employee, the pay process entries will be shown. Select the entry which you want to edit and type the new value. Click on the update after completion to save these new values.
