Fixed others for single employee screen is mainly used to allocate fixed addition and deduction in the pay of particular employees. Fixed information may be funds, loans, advances and insurance policy related data. They are fixed additions and deductions, different from the periodic type because of the nature of their calculations which is not in short periods.

Fields & its description:

• Revision No & Date

Revision No field has a list of revisions done by the user. Revision numbers are generated automatically. Enter the date of the revision in the revision date.

• Reference No & Date
  

Reference no. and Date can be entered if required. This field is for referential purposes only.

• Pay Configuration

Select the pay configuration for which the pay revision is to be applied.

• Employee Name

Select the employee name from the pick list.

• Effective From & To

Select the revision period from the Effective From and To field, which should be long term with regards to this operation.
