A Financial Year is a period of twelve months, used by government, businesses, and other organizations in order to calculate their budgets, profits, losses, and other transactions.

To set the financial year, follow the below steps.

1. Click the user name on the right top corner. The drop-down list consists of My Setting.
2. Select the My Setting Option, the setting panel is opened on the screen.
3. The Period field is shown below the Organization unit, change the financial period as per the requirements.
4. Click the Save button to set a new financial period.
5. Check the Financial year given below the organization’s name to confirm the new Financial period settings.
6. The new financial period is set now, for every year the financial period is needs to be changed as per the organizational requirements.
