Task Generation

A Task generation screen is used to assign a particular activity to a specific asset on a required date.

1. Type: When the task is generated for the asset then the asset type is needed to be selected. Similarly, the machine type, resource type, and work type is needed to be selected when generating tasks for the machine, resource, and work respectively.

2. Asset Type: Once the asset type is selected, now choose the specific asset type from the list. The list will display the existing asset types.

3. Asset: The asset type will have various assets owned by the organization. Select the particular which needs maintenance or any other activities.

4. Party Branch: The party branch is a branch name where the asset is located. The asset will be used by some other branches of the organization.

5. Activity: Select the type of activity that needs to be performed on the asset. The activity might of any type such as cleaning, repairing, servicing, etc. The list will display the already created activities, choose as per requirement.

6. Task Date: Select the date when the selected activity will be performed.

7. Click the Save button.
