The Periodic OU Level screen is used for a monthly wise issuance of the payment. In this tool, the addition or deduction is prescribed as per the Organization unit. 

Therefore after selecting the Organization Unit, the prescribed calculation will be added to that particular unit for the month of July, and in case the calculated amount is a default to arrive in the upcoming month, the organization has to follow the same process. 

1. Pay Period: Select the Organization unit which needs to be processed for salary/payment.
2. Organization Unit: The organization unit which is needed to be paid under the selected pay period.
3. Click the Save button.
