DA-Group: Dearness Allowance Group. Dearness Allowance is provided based on the location the employee has been deputed to work. Basically, the Dearness Allowance is different for employees working in urban, semi-urban, and rural locations units. 

The DA group in HRMS is a useful tool for the industrial employee group, manufacturing group.

The picture illustrates, in the month of August 2019, the manufacturing DA group’s conveyance is either added or deducted. 

1. Pay Period: Select the required Pay Period from the list. The Pay Period is linked with a pay group and is processed periodically.
2. DA Group: The DA-Group which is processed periodically under the selected pay period is needed to be entered here.
3. Click the Save button.
