to set dashboard as default menu do the following
1. click your login name in top right corner
2. click my setting
3. Type HrmsDashboard – (Menu Code: PL0017) and select from Default Menu Picklist) as attached button
4. click save button
5. Log out
6. Log into ERP
Now your dashboard is loading automatically
