1. Go to Admin Module – Master – Event – Action Screen
2. Select action name which you required (For Action name please refer to this excel )
3. select delivery type
4. configure send to , reply to, mail cc, mail bcc
5.  click update button

That is all

1. Employee     –  employee from employee master
2. Role – role from role master
3. Content –  Content type ()
4. Others –    you can give any mail id
5. Direct Entry  – you can give any mail id
6. Party – Party from party Master
7. User – User from user master
8. Contact – Contacts from contact master
9. User Group – User Group from user group  Master
