This Option  permits you to generate user from an existing employee in the organisation

UI of Employee

Click “Name” option and this will list all the existing employee in the organization.

Select employee to generate user rights.

Click    button

Select User option

Select Roll for the selected employee.

Set the password for the user and click  to save.  This will generate the user in Goodbooks ERP.

There are few  configuration for the user needs to be set and this can be done by “User “in Admin Module
(Admin->Master->Rolls & Rights –>User)
