Path: Administration>Master>Organization>Calendar
- Code: Enter the appropriate code for the calendar. e.g., APR’21-MAR’22 or FY20-21
- Name: Enter the name for the calendar. e.g.,YEAR2020-2021, FINYR2020-2021
- Enter the From Date (e.g., 1-Apr-2020) & the To date (e.g.,31-Mar-2021) to display the Calendar for that period.
- WEEKLY OFF OF THE MONTH: Select the day for the weekly off by using the check box e.g., Wed
- Click the Fill button.
- This will display all Wednesdays in the Calendar for the given period (1st-Apr’20-31stmar’21).
8. Type: Select the Type from the picklist for all the displayed dates.
9. Particulars: Enter the details of the holiday. e.g., DIWALI in the Particulars
10. Click the Save button.
10. Wait till the message pops-up message on the screen to confirm that the calendar is created.
