Path: Transaction>Others>Employee Transfer
This feature is used when you want to change or transfer the employee from one organization unit to another organization unit.
- BizTransaction Type: Select the BizTransaction Type from the picklist.
- Number: The employee transfer number will be generated automatically.
- Date: Enter the date of employee transfer.
- Transfer Type: Select the transfer type from the picklist.
- Reference Number: Enter the reference number for the employee transfer.
- Reference Date: Enter the reference date.
- Effective From: Enter the date when the employee transfer becomes active.
- Remarks: Enter the remarks if required.
- Employee: Select the employee name from the picklist
10. The new organization particulars can be filled below the particulars and the current organization details can be filled automatically.
11. Organization Unit: Select the name of an organization unit where the employee is going to work.
12. Department: Select the name of a department where the employee is going to work.
13. Designation: Select the designation type in which the employee will be posted.
14. Location: Select the location where the employee is going to work.
15. Grade: Select the grade in which the employee is going to work.
16. Reporting To: Select the reporting person for the employee.
17. Resource Type: Select the resource type from the picklist.
18. Employee Type: Select the employee type from the picklist.
19. Staff Type: Select the staff type from the picklist.
20. Employee Group: Select the employee group from the picklist.
21. Work Type: Select the work type from the picklist.
22. Segment: Select the segment type where the employee is going to work.
23. Sub Unit: Select the subunit from the picklist.
24. Click the save button.
25. The popup will appear on the screen with a successful message to confirm that the employee transfer is created.
